Cardio Drumming combines dynamic movements with aerobic training. While moving to the music, participants will use plastic drumsticks to hit on an exercise ball set in a base. All abilities welcome!

Calling all artists! Join our SmARTY Pants art class where we will create a variety of projects, large and small, from home decor to accessories. Come and stretch your creative muscles! Staff are expected to assist participants for this class.

This class is designed for all abilities: your best is always good enough. Come for the music, come for the people, but most of all come for the fun. Please bring appropriate footwear, if applicable.
March to the beat of your own drum … or to your favorite song! You can bang, rattle, and shake with our wide assortment of percussion instruments. Cost of registration includes the loan of instruments during the class.
Our initiative is designed to offer a unique blend of classroom instruction and supervised work experience tailored for adults with disabilities who are eager to enhance both their personal and professional skills. At the core of PEP lies a commitment to fostering personal agency and empowerment through skill development within a supportive work environment, thereby positively impacting the daily lives of our participants in meaningful ways.
We are excited to announce sessions are ten weeks long, with participants attending twice a week. To accommodate diverse schedules, we offer two classroom session times on Tuesdays, from 10-11 am and 12:00-1:00 pm. On Thursdays, participants will engage in supervised work experience at our DJ Cafe,times will be discussed individually.
